Access to this Website and its use are subject to the Terms expressed below and any related legislation.
By accessing the Website and exploring its content, the user accepts, without reservation or limitation, these Terms (the “Terms of Use of the Website” or “Terms”) and recognizes that any other agreement relating to the use of the Website is null and void.
LBS reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the information contained on the Website, as well as its configuration and presentation and the Terms of Use of the Website. Any controversy, claim or dispute regarding the interpretation, execution and/or resolution of these Terms of Use of the Website will be submitted for arbitration in the State of New York, USA.
